Franklin Keysar Biography (1939-1999)

A veteran production manager of more than twenty Broadway shows, Keysar worked on such productions as Woody Allen's Floating Light Bulb, in 1981,Driving Miss Daisy in 1987-88, and Alfred Uhry's Tony Award-winning Last Night of Ballyhoo of 1997. He was born in Warren, New Hampshire, and received a bachelor's degree from the Boston University School of Fine andApplied Arts in 1962. In addition to his work on Broadway, Keysar was also production manager for such theatrical companies as Trinity Square Repertory Company in Rhode Island, Long Wharf Theatre in New Haven, Connecticut, Huntington Theatre Company in Boston, and the Williamstown Theatre Festival in Massachusetts.
