Nancy Heikin Biography (1948-)

Heikin earlier remarked to CTFT: "I love to travel and have been fortunate tohave spent a lot of time in Europe, particularly France. In 1968, I toured Russia (Leningrad, Moscow and Kiev) with the Sarah Lawrence touring chorus. One of my main musical influences is the melodious folk music of eastern European and Russian Jews. I used to sing and dance with Frank Zappa and the Mothers of Invention at the Fillmore East (a long time ago)."
