Born April 9, 1956, in Sioux City, IA; daughter of Donald Nauman (a music professor) and Elisabeth Scott (a teacher, director, writer, and artist; maidenname, Walker) Morrison; married Blake Walton (an actor and writer), May 18, 1982. Addresses: AGENT--Lionel Larner Ltd. 850 Seventh Avenue, New York, NY 10019.

Morrison told CTFT: "Theatre is a cooperative effort. It is pure educationaljoy. There is always something new to bring from any experience. Each role I've done has had a lesson attached. I believe the best way to learn is to do.And most importantly, if you approach anything with a great sense of humor you can't go wrong. I balance my theatre work with esoteric study. This helps give me a broader perspective of the world and my place in it which in turn gives me a sense of contribution and concern for larger issues. So, theatre isnot everything to me. I am a curious student and acting is one way I exploremy values and especially the way I test myself."
