Sandra Bertrand's work has received staged readings or production at TheViridian Gallery in New York, The Manhattan Theatre Club, The Direct Theatre,LaMama Theatre Company in Hollywood as well as the O'Neill PlayWrights Conference. She was an original member of the New York Theatre Strategy Workshop with Maria Irene Fornes. Her current projects include 'Nostradamus,' a contemporary full-length rock opera, writing both book and lyrics, and 'The Santorini Journal,' an autobiographical novel based on the Aegeanisland of Lost Atlantis fame.
